The breakfast was sensational and satisfactory with variety of items. The location was unbeatable and brilliant, very near boat stop, the view was particularly good, too. The staff were supportive, tried to make the stay a great experience.

As for me, the location was great, very close to a boat stop and all the major attractions. I greatly enjoyed that the food for breakfast was perfect. The staff was super-friendly and accommodating, took good care of everyone.

Clean and fantastic place. Amazing friendly staff and a very good breakfast with all fresh croissants and fresh fruits, for instance. Particularly good and amazing location at a short distance from a grand showpiece square. Set in a nice quiet area adjacent to the main tourist locations, water bus stops and Via Garibaldi which is a big street.

The standard room I stayed in was nice with view. The location was unbeatable and brilliant for Venice, short walk to parks and St Marks Square and the water taxi's. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Vecio Trani.

Very good service, lovely small place. Very good breakfast, modern standard room. Plenty of food for breakfast including fresh bread, cereal, fruit, and cheese. Excellent staff and stunning location so close to the Arsenale water taxi, all the major attractions and the water bus to-and-from the airport. Again, not far from a byzantine shipyard.

I asked for standard queen room and it was comfy with a lagoon view. The room had a balcony and a couch plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. The location in a lovely area was unbeatable and brilliant and there were a supermarket and shops nearby.

Courtyard view was a bonus. 15 mins walk to the center. Bathtubs in the private bathroom was a plus. The staff was as usual COMPETENT.

The staff was helpful and the setting was excellent! Bacaro dai bei, located within 10 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. We enjoyed staying at ca' formenta. Great base for city break in Venice.
